Warranty & Return Policy

Hidden Wild® products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days with a copy of your receipt and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

In addition to the “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”, Hidden Wild® is covered by a Limited Warranty. Your Hidden Wild® product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with Hidden Wild’s® user manual/warning label (refer to usage guidelines found attached or sewn into the Hidden Wild® product).

Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Hidden Wild® even in situations where you purchased the Hidden Wild® product from a third party. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Hidden Wild® Inc., at its option, will exchange the product with a new one with equivalent functionality or refund the original purchase price.

This warranty applies to any failure that has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
